Derek T. Triplett is the founding pastor of Hope Fellowship Church. He served as the senior pastor for 21 years before leaving the full-time pastoral ministry. Bishop has been preaching the gospel for over 30 years and has pastored for more than 25 years. For over 20 years, he has served in various capacities as a consecrated Bishop in the Lord’s church. He serves as the apostolic and spiritual covering for several churches, ministries, and pastors around the United States. Bishop Triplett remains chief overseer and chairman of the board of Hope Fellowship Church.
Our founder and Bishop is a Kingdom change agent. He is an author, relationship coach, media personality, and a John Maxwell Team certified coach, speaker, and trainer. He aims to give people the tools to live at full strength. He is the author of several books, including When I Became A Man – A Perspective on Manhood, Life, and Relationships. He is the host of “Making Changes” with Derek Triplett; a radio broadcast which airs weekly on Stellar Award-winning, Inspiration 1680 WOKB in Orlando. He is co-host of the Dee Lee Show, a weekday syndicated radio show on American Urban Radio Networks, and Bishop Triplett is a regular guest relationship expert on Fox 35 TV News in Orlando. He is the executive producer and host of Better Relationships with Derek Triplett which airs on the Rhema Television Network and 24Flix.com
Triplett is the husband of the former, LuAnne Sorrell, the father of two adult children and the bonus father of two.
